Thirteen cookery classes are designed to suit your individual requirements. Each class aims to create a blend of contemporary presentation and traditionalmethods to create elegant Thai dishes.

Classes are broken down to suit individual preferences, depending on previous experience. A range of classes are availiable from an introduction to sauces and ingredients to fine dining.

We now offer the following classes

1. Bespoke class/private dining at your house. Date & Time to suit individual. Please contact us to discuss your requirements

Who is it for:

If you prefer to do it at your own place, this might be a perfect option for you.

Whether you are organising a demonstration session or a private dining experiencewith Pitak, we can offer a minimum number of 6 pesons per session.

How does it work:

This option is totally tailored to you requirements. Wheter you prefer to be involved and to have a hands-on, or just watching and enjoying your drinks, the choice is yours.

You may select any dishes from our current restaurant menu to create a two or three courses meal. (one item from starter, two from mains and one dessert with steam jasmine rice included) Alternatively, we can discuss to arrange other dishes if prefer.

We will bring with us all ingredients, and we promise to leave your kitchen as spotless as how it was found.

Your meal will be served at the end of the session and we will leave you to enjoy the rest.

How long is the Session: approximately 3 1/2 hours

Our head chef, Pitak, will teach a demonstration with a chance for you to get involved.

Course fee:

Minimum 6 people at £65 per person
Ingredient cost (at cost) will be added to the final fee

Ingredient cost maybe subsitute for a party of 10 guests or more and mileage may be charged.

Who is it for:

This course is designed for both beginners and intermediate cooks who want to learn from basic and/or improve his/her skills in aparticular area or dish.

How does it work:

The lessons will focus on 'Ingredients, sauces and dressings', 'Soups and Salads', 'Curries', 'Stirfrys' and finally 'Thai Sweets'!

How long is the Session: approximately 3 hours

Our head chef, Pitak, will teach a demonstration with a chance for you to get involved.

Course fee:

£55 per person including reception drink, all ingredients and dishes tasting
