This function is currently unavailable on our online ordering system. If you wish to spend a gift voucher, please call us to place your order. We can process your order and redeem a gift voucher at the same time.
NO, during the sale period all products are already at its best-selling price, thus you cannot use a voucher or coupon code during sale period.
Only your name, address, telephone number, and billing address are stored on our system. We do you not store your card information.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 01903 746964 We will be able to process a full refund, providing that your order have not yet been prepared.
You can pay for your order on our web site using:
  • Credit or Debit Card
  • PayPal

  • Payment options are available at check out. We regret cash or card payment upon collection are not available during the Covid19 transition to opening period.
Once you add item(s) to your basket, unless you either complete a check out process or manually delete them from the cart, they will remain in your shopping basket. If you have logged in to your account, they will remain in the basket, even if you had logged out of your account without completing the check out.
During the check out process, you will be given an options to either "check out as guest" or "register" for a shopping account with us. If you already have an account with us, you can log in to your account for a quick check out. Once your account has been created, you will be able to:
  • Log in to your "My account" fora quick check out on future orders.
  • View your order history.
  • Add/edit account address information.
  • Simply select the dishes from the menu, add them to your basket and complete the checkout.
  • Click on "My Basket" button to view your shopping basket, redeem discount coupon and to go to check out
  • You will be given an option to check out as guest or to create an online account with us.
  • Collection date and time must be selected on step 4 of the check out process.
  • Please allow at least 30 minutes after the order is placed before collection.
  • You can choose to pay by credit/debit card or paypal account.Payment is processed securely via PayPal.

After you have successfully created an order and paid, you will receive an email confirming the full order details.

On the day of collection, we will contact you by telephone to confirm your order and your collection slot.

Once your payment has been successfully submitted, you will be redirected to a confirmation page.
A copy of the order with full order details will be sent to you by email.
Your order is then successfully received by us.
If you don't receive an email confirmation, please check your "Junk mail" folder
We will then contact you by email or telephone to confirm your your collection slot. Alternatively, you can check the latest order status or any messages from us regarding collection slot etc. by logging into your account and select view order history.
